Nokia 920 carriers

I have a hand me down AT&T nokia 920 windows 8.1 phone that I unlocked with ATT help.
I am looking for a carrier that will let me use their service [no contract] and issue me a new SIM card.
I live in northeastern north Carolina.

You didn't mention much about what you're looking for? As in unlimited data, calls, etc. For now I would suggest going for Cricket Wireless. It uses AT&T network so coverage is better overall. For $35 (that's including taxes) you can get unlimited nationwide calls and texts plus unlimited data with 2.5 LTE capped at 8-10mbps speeds.
