here is a video of nokia air some elements of the OS act like tiles so my question is how far OEM's will be able to customize windows phone 8 and will they be able to change the UI ? or is this just a new os version of Symbian

That phone in the video that (for lack of better term) slides/rolls down to get bigger looks awesome. That would require an extremely flexible screen. Video is from 2011 so all concepts are probably sitting in a trash somewhere.

i don't thinks its from 2011 on video it says Published on Jun 24, 2012 if this is old why in the sudden shows up gain
and it looks like a new version of symbian or even something different

im not saying its windows phone im saying what customization limit they will have on wp8
since ms already said before wp8 event oems will be able to customize wp8 even more than wp7
