Nokia Blue, the next firmware update after Lumia Black?

Nokia Russia hinted on the next firmware update, Nokia Blue to be released along with Windows Phone 8.1. More photography improvements, or maybe interesting features for the Lumia lineup? Nokia Blue is making me more excited for build 2014, Windows Phone 8.1 and Nokia Blue!

I was really hoping they would end this fragmentation. Because of Nokia Blue or whatever Nokia's firmware is, it will delay the official release of WP8.1 for at least 2-3 months, just like Amber and Black did for older phones.

Unless they've already developed it, they won't have time to release it, because Microsoft is going to own them in April.

Yes I do agree with you, well I hope Nokia Blue is already fully developed, and I have a feeling it is ready since Nokia's glance has support for Windows Phone 8.1. If it has, I'm hoping Windows Phone will rise in April soon.
