Nokia camera or Microsoft camera

After the last update the beta is the one that works best..
I notice some change in focus when taking zoomed pictures

Agreed - I've now replaced the stable Nokia Camera app with it. On WP8.1 it launches faster, has continuous auto-focus in video and processes images faster (on my 1020)
 
Well, given that my phone's camera is utter crap (seriously, I used my Nokia N9 in a trip as a point-and-shoot in a way I wouldn't be able with the 820), any of them produces similar results. Though fiddling with settings helps a (very) little bit, so I'd say Nokia Camera, since you can use it on auto or fiddle with it if you're in the mood.
 
I took two videos two nights ago during a particularly bad storm.

Light was almost non existent save for lightning and some small house lights across the street. I think the Nokia Camera video was less bad. Might upload them.
 
I don't take many "snap" shots with the phone, but just in case I have the default set to Microsoft Camera and have enabled "Hold camera button to wake phone".

Most times I just open Nokia Camera (beta) from the start screen, I also keep Nokia Panorama, SophieLens HD and Fhotoroom on the start screen.
