Nokia Camera vs Default Camera

So, I am coming to the Icon from the 8x and at least for now, in terms of usage, I prefer the default camera. I see (using all auto settings) very little difference in picture quality. Question is, if I use the default, what mp am I getting? The camera supposedly does 20. I seem to remember on my 8x being able to select that amount, but now I can't find it.

Looks like 5MP... image size is the same as the smaller JPEGs from Nokia Camera.
