Nokia Care app now showing up in updates

On 4/30/2014 the Nokia Care app was updated but it was unavailable for several users in different regions including the US. It said on the WP store that the app has been un-published.

Today the app is showing up on the store and is available for update. My region is India. Please check for updates in your respective regions.

I'm running WP8.1 Dev Preview and today it's available for me too.

I installed Nokia Care App on my Lumia 820 WP8.1 Dev Preview but i cant run app. Where is app located after installation? No shortcut no icon to run app.

Or how uninstall it?
