Nokia Care Suite is not detecting my fone

I am trying to update mine 620...but no way...nokia care suite is not detecting my fone...but windows phone is shown in explorer and data is copying too..:/ i can't understand what to do..

install all the drivers in C/Program Files(x86 if you have a 64bit system)/Nokia/Nokia Care Suite/Drivers/

then it should work!

yes i have 64-bit windows 8 pro:/
i am not able to install drivers from folder...file is not opening :/

i am using 3.8.3.0..pic attached..its asking for pc suite mode...but there is no option...on software updater for retail...update is available..but similar version which is already installed...1030.6407.1308.0001...but phone is detecting .

Download Nokia Care Suite 5.0. Old versions won't recognise your phone. By the way, update has been pulled back, so you may want to hold yourself for now :smile:
