Nokia collection does not show apps.

Since I have updated to WP8.1 (today) Nokia collection category does not show any app and show a message:
We are having trouble to get this information at this time.

Is Dev preview blocking Nokia Collection or my region is unable to get any information?

I'm from Brazil, someone else are having the same?

Mine's showing but it's not like the collection from wp8 now. Show way less apps.
