Nokia Lumia 1020 Repair

I'm trying to replace the battery on a Nokia Lumia 1020, a video shows that the a piece of tape(heatsink?) has to be cut. It goes between the battery and processor. A picture of the tape is included. Does anyone where a replacement can be purchased?
