Nokia Lumia 1020 - When will official GDR3 update be available?

Hi, Just bought the Lumia 1020 (brand new) from someone. it was locked to Rogers but now it is unlock. I didn't do any updates or anything but out of the box, GDR3 was already installed! I'm not talking about the update that Nokia will push at one point (black update) but the GDR3 (Closing apps, driver mode...etc) Did anybody bought a new Lumia 1020 from Rogers lately and got that same update out of the box?

That's because the person added the developer update. I did the same for my Rogers 1020. TELUS and Rogers won't be releasing gdr till the after the New year.

How is it...?

Works fine. Not much of a difference. Except for the app closing its meh. Black is what I am waiting for to fix the pos algorithm currently compressing jpegs and full raw support.
