Nokia Lumia 1020 won't turn on?

My Nokia Lumia 1020 froze, which happens a lot, so I let it die. I put it on the charger and the little window on the bottom of the phone came on, so I thought all was good. It's been on the charger for 2 days and hasn't turned on and I can't get it turned on.The little window is still on though. My power key is broken and I can't find a way to fix is, so I've been holding down my camera key for a while now to turn on my phone. I've put my phone on different chargers, too. Nothing. Just the little window lighting up.
I need help!

Welcome to Windows Central.

Take your phone to a service center and have them diagnose the problem - it sounds like a dead battery issue, but it could be more (the service center should be able to tell you exactly what's wrong with your phone).
