Nokia Lumia 1320 Win 8.1 - Video and music files won't play.
MUSIC - I have transferred my music files to my recently purchased Nokia 1320, all in .mp3 format, but the phone doesn't recognise the format when I try to play them.
VIDEO - I have also transferred some video to the same phone, that won't run either.
RECORDING VIDEO - When I use the camera to record video it should show up in "Gallery", but it doesn't. I'm not sure exactly where it goes but it does appear in a menu of WM files if I open up VLC, they still won't run though. I am assuming I don't have to install CODECS??? not sure what these are, I've just come across them from time to time on the net.
