Condition: Good (as per condition guide) but appearance is close to mint. There are no visible scratches on the screen or sides. Back and camera lens is mostly clean, except very very minute smudging like appearance on the matte back. The phone has never been dropped nor does it experience the ghost touch/tap behavior on Windows Mobile 10 (I never used it on WP 8.1).
