Nokia Lumia 1520 bricked

I held the power button and volume down button to force the phone to reboot. I held them for maybe 8 seconds or so.

Hi All

After the latest insider update my NL1520 rear camera stopped working few days ago.
Following which 3 days ago the phone started to reboot by itself several times if the battery goes below 20% & would work only after it's charged above 30%. To add more to my frustration, the phone has stopped to respond completely. Neither it gets charged (had kept the phone for good 5hrs yet no luck) nor can I reboot the phone using the hardware buttons.
