Nokia Lumia 1520 keeps on freezing

Yesterday,my phone just kept on freezing.first,i noticed that the cellular network symbol just displays the 'no signal' sign but i can receive text.so i restarted my phone,then next,i couldn't get to lock my phone.even if i use the One Touch Locksreen app,it won't lock.then i kept on soft resetting my phone and when it worked,i just happened again,when my phone becomes idle,for maybe 1 hour,i couldn't unlock it,so my remedy here is to soft reset it again just so i can use it.can anyone help me on this?

A Factory Reset may be worth trying, as long as all your personal data is backed up.
I suppose it's also just possible that your SIM may be faulty, and perhaps also your SD card if you're using one.

I hope so,i'll try to hard reset my phone.hopefully it works.
