Nokia Lumia 1520--no SIM what works on WiFi?

I am connected to Wifi. it has no sim inside.

I still cant login to my microsoft account or outlook email...

Anyone having this problem?

Try a hard reset. You able to do other things on wifi?

No. I had mine on airplane mode with WiFi on all day yesterday before activating on ATT and logged in fine. Make sure if you turned on airplane mode to go back and turn on WiFi. It turns off by default.

I am able to surf the net with the browser. I alsos uccessfully added my outlook.com email address. So my emails show up on the front screen.

I just cant login to my microsoft account which is the same email. I cant download apps and its making me angry

I don't have a SIM in mine. I turned off cellular data and have been using it on WiFi with no issues.
