Lol I did not require proof However maybe you shouldn't download that update yet until you have Cyan... Some are saying that by downloading the latest dp update you will have to flash the phone back to 8. to get cyan when it's available.. However i can't confirm that.. And yes it's a dp update

Oh. It causes problems? NOT downloading.

No it does not... There is a rumor however that once you install it, you will have To downgrade the phone to get Cyan

Pls try to understand d one's who all r on dp nd hav bitlocker encryption r having such problems
If ur phone doesn't hav bitlocker u cn happily update to cyan without any problem!!!!! Hope this helps

By Using preview developer, I am on 8.1 (India) and I dont see any new updates....
