Nokia lumia 620 amber update problem

Hi. I am from Pakistan and I have Nokia Lumia 620. My phone was updated to Amber+ GDR2 but then due to virus probs, I had to reset my phone completely. Now I have lost amber upgrades i.e no sms+ call block, no glance, or better camera... I tried updating the phone through phone updates but its says that my phone is updated. My 'About' section shows that J have Windows 8 software and no Amber. What can I do to get Amber update again?
