well...i'm waiting for OTA because i don't want all my data erased lol

I dont want to misinform u guys but after the update nothing has changed. The phone downloaded the update and restarted, then it migrated my data but after checking nothing has changed on my phone. :/ its strange.

1030.5603.1250.0001, but there is no other storage problem so far, that's the only improvement...

Well it seems your phones were not up to date. However, the update that everyone is waiting for now is 1308.XXX. That will bring the fix for the storage problem.
