nokia lumia 720 black update issue...

I m from India...using lumia 720..i hav conncted my phone to wifi...hav enough battery and almost 3gb free space..i clickd on download updates...built. It shows "downloading 0%....."
for ast one hour its,been d same....i have soft reset,d phone....
please,tell me what to,do..someone...please

Nokia servers might be busy...
try after a couple of hours, if the same thing happens approach Nokia care

.....its showing "downloading" continuously
..i don't think its d servers issue...
and if i go,to nokia care...will they,charge,me??? For,updating....as my phone is,under warranty just 20 days old.....

They shouldn't charge anything. But do make a backup before updating. AFAIK they wipe all data from the device during update.

i went to the nokia care...they said that the lumia black update is not yet available with them...earlier they said that it would be available within a week...but when yesterday i called they said it would take another 2 or 3 weeks...
please help me....why doesnt it gets updated on my phone over wifi???
whats d issue...i cant wait...i want to use lumia black asap...
