What do you mean by 3 live tiles? Do you mean the additional column of tiles coming with the 8.1 update?

Rumors that 720 won't receive the third column tile, only screens equal or bigger 4,5'.
Anyway, just wait a few days and we'll know.

Not really sure about that. I hear its for only screens larger than 4.5". But even if it had 3 columns of small tiles, I'm not sure how it will look in a display with 800x480 resolution. I think the 625 may also face the same issue here.

From keynote and other official videos on youtube Belfiore says that Three columns will be available for ALL screen sizes, so yes, now it's pretty sure we'll have this feature
