nokia lumia 820 storyteller crash

Hallo everyone... I don't know if anyoned talked about this but i have big problem with storyteller on my Lumia 820. It crashes a lot and it takes about ages to load any photos or it doesn't load at all... and the features take about 1-2 minutes to load... if everyone had the same issue or any help please tell me... Oh and i have the latest version...

As is the usual medicine I prescribe in the event of an issue, have you tried a soft reset?
Pressing and holding the power and down buttons until the phone vibrates.

Finally the solution that made it work better was to move from sd to phone memory...
