nokia lumina 830 sound only works with skype.
So speakers work mic works. Head phones work! Bluetooth works. Phone seems to be fine. Phone will not ring, or play sounds. Examples: make a call can't hear other person. Can't play selected ring tone. video sound will not work. Alarm will not sound. All volumes cranked no mute on. Did soft and hard reset to no avail. Seems like software problem need help. To end can use skype perfectly its crazy!!!
