Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone won't recognize voicemails--did test voicemails to confirm. AT&T.Voicemail screen says "checking for new voicemail messages..." with word "syncing" appearing upper left. Battery drains in 4 hrs of overnight charge.
Visited AT&T, they believe problem is software. In settings, can't find app to transfer contacts out of phone. Zune to sync. Ideas? Contacts out before doing reset? Help please.

I have this same exact problem, and also it started happening on the same date (June 10th)

Same. I suspect lack of support to OS.

I called AT&T, and they could not solve the problem. They are the problem in this case.
