Nokia Lumia 920 Stuck on low battery/charge screen

I am honestly about at my wits end I have sent this phone in for the same problem and here I am again, my batter "died" I went home and plugged it into my compute the Nokia Logo pops up then the phone goes to the charging screen and it stays there literally forever, and I have tried all reset options and honestly I am astounded that the phone I bought for its Nokia endurance as the internet shows can have so numerous amount of software issues.
Please help

Are you using a wall charger or a USB charger? Are you using the original charging cables or an aftermarket charging cable?

My 820 once lost so much charge (*) it would only recharge it from a wired charger as wireless charging was not working.

(*) I had not positioned it correctly on my bedside charger one night when I was dog-tired.
