nokia lumia 925 got scratches by nokia repairing centre

today I have given my phone to Centre for just checking why ear speaker of phone voice is low...they repaired it and changed the speaker.. but when I checked my phone...it got scratches inside the screen where Nokia is written.. then I said them what is it.. then they said we will send it to head office.. just 15 days before I got my phone swap with new phone.. I am fed up with this all.. its mistake of person who was repairing.. he should get it ok.. but no ... I am not understanding should I give my phone them to get repair from head office or not..
