i too faced the problem coz, what i downloaded must have been older software so no Lumia x20 listings. So if its for flashing your phone use Nokia Software updater

I have a lumia 920 white, I'm checking my phone update option and I'm not getting the amber option. Amber is definitely not installed. I did got the GDR2 update notification and installed it. But all the amber stuff is missing.

check in about settings, whether your phone is updated by amber or not.

I've completed one update and i have all the info same as you in about me section but in the extras+info it does not show amber and there are no amber apps installed. I.e procam etc.

720 is still in approval state, 820 was in coming soon state last week and today, the official update rolled out. So, 620 is now in the queue and you have to wait till next month.

restart your phone and you can download procam from store

cannot find the color profiles and cant get glance to work. Moreover others can see Amber the extras+info whereas I cant
