Nokia Lumia Charging

Hello all,

My mobile turned off after its battery ended, I plugged it to charging, it is not showing any progress its windows logo is blinking only. How do I know the progress of charging?

Thanks, yes it switched on automatically after 2, 3 mins.

It's a fail-safe, it has to charge itself a bit before turning on
