Nokia Lumia Tablet pictured?

You can clearly see tablet next to that Lumia 620 on the picture above. The picture is taken from Lumia 620 launch event in Pakistan happening today.
Tablet seems to feature quite thin bezel, with colorful casing and rounded sides. There has been rumors of Nokia announcing tablet in MWC 2013 that would feature battery-equipped keyboard cover.
Design certainly looks like something Nokia could come up with, but the question is if that?s an actual product or just a placeholder.

Well yea, the Music, Video, and Store Tiles are different colors than they should be.

If nothing else, Windows 8 doesn't scroll tiles vertically, as the partial tiles indicate in the edited images. Also, the rightmost image shows a full-size PC display, but I don't think that indicates Nokia is ramping up PC production.
