Nokia Lumia Update(country availability)

Hello, guys
Accessing this site Availability in Europe - Nokia I do not have the opportunity to see my country (Moldova )on the list, could I ask when I will get the update or it does depend on the manufactured model name(RM-821_eu_romania_486) ?

Romania. Phone doesn't care where you are, it cares where it was made for. If you buy a phone in US and take it to China, you want for US updates.
