nokia lumia wont fully boot up

hi guys I got a nokia lumia 900 and I had battery problem with it but now its ok but now it doesn't fully boot up it shows the nokia logo then the rogers logo and just stays there any ideas I tried reseting it but still same thing I tried updating it same thing and now I was going to restore it but my computer cant find it when I plug it in and this is my first windows phone

Try pressing Volume Down + Power Button while the screen is stuck at NOKIA logo. Wait till the phone gets reboot.

i have the same problem, my nokia lumia 900 won't boot fully it shows the nokia logo then the rogers logo and stays there, any help

mine does the same thing any ideas and the ****ting thing about it my computer detects the phone but zune doesnt
