Nokia Music - different country

Hi, I have created an Italian Nokia user id. On my PC, I can both purchase music and listen to mixes on the Italian music.nokia website. Unfortunately I'm having a hard time getting my US phone to access the Italian store and mixes. I think I may need to install an Italian version of the Nokia Music app. I've tried to access the Italian app store by changing the location of my phone but that didn't help. If anyone has any ideas on how I might do this please let me know. Thanks!
