Nokia Music starts playing when headset is removed

Today I faced an annoying problem.
Even when I paused the song and then removed my headset, the phone starts playing.
This issue is very embarrassing when in office.
Is this an headset issue or a bug in Lumia 720?
I'm using the headset received along with the phone.
Could anyone provide a solution to solve this problem

This is very unusual. Usually from my experience what I've seen is that, if the headphone are removed, the music stops playing automatically. Same holds true for Bluetooth headsets as well. But I'd like to ask that is this a recurring problem that you are facing?

the issue occurs when I pause the music and then remove the headset.
Yes. This issue occurs most of the times I remove the headset.

This happens to my 720 too. Really annoying and embarrasing because though i stopped the music long back, it starts playing when i unplug the headset :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Any solutions for this?
