I think you're gonna be happy. I think without a doubt it'll come with a s4 pro processor. since this phone.... (oops I mean Phablet). is coming in Q4 Spring (Southern Hemisphere) Autumn (Northern) this year with the GDR3 update coming with support of 1080p and quad core and 5 inch and above support. I suspect it'll come with that processor you want.

I am extremely interested in a WP8 phablet, preferrably from Nokia. However, i have one year until my next upgrade, so if it comes out sometime around then, they have a customer.
