Nokia Phone Update?

I just went to sync my Lumia 710 with the Zune software, and it stated that an update was available. I already have the 8107 update. Any idea what this one is?

Hmmm.... the update is done and it doesn't look like the OS version or anything else changed...

Had me excited for a moment, but I see you're on Fido carrier (not T-Mobile). You probably got the build 12070 since you already had 8107.

Still waiting for even the FIRST UPDATE in the U.S....

Thanks for the heads up. I just plugged my phone in and it says there is an update. The update doesn't have a number but just says, "NOKIA Update for Windows Phone".

Will install and see if anything changes.

I'm with tmo in the u.s. and have not received an update. Its kind of upsetting I have been encountering the disappearing keyboard a lot lately

There is no update out yet for T-Mobile branded 710 devices....

I'd say check back here in about a month (for T-Mobile customers)

I'm on Rogers. Did the update, but the OS version is still the same: 7.10.8107.79. Probably firmware number has changed? Didn't check before updating it.

Yeah I'm in Canada using an unlocked 710 bought from Rogers.

It could just be my imagination, but battery life seems better since this update.

It is not a Windows OS update, rather a Nokia 710 specific firmware update. I'm on a locked Rogers 710 and it just updated to:
1600.3013.8107.11502 (from: 1600.3007.7740.11465)

The OS version has remained the same at:
7.10.8107.79
