Nokia playto beta app crashing!!

Nokia playto app beta is crashing evry time I try to stream any picture or video....its a very useful app for me..cant do without this app...
I have uninstalled it once and installed it again but no benefit.....
So plz any one help me how fix it..??
I have nokia Lumia 720.

Nokia play to beta apps works great with black update , do you have the black update installed ?
Also try to do a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button until your phone vibrates (ignore black screen to power off ).

Yaa..my phone is updated to black....and I have tried soft rest but didnt help out.

Why are you using "beta"?

I have been using the playy to app...but recently I got one notification saying an update s available for the app .so now I have this beta app.

Don't use beta, use the non-beta. Beta doesn't work on my phone too. Something to do with upgrading from GDR3 to Black.

Edit: I just noticed "beta" is the only version available. Nokia must be preparing it for 8.1. Have you tried "Smart Player"?

FWIW, I don't see a non-beta version in the store... However, there was an update today.

working in combination with my XBOX360 (no crashing) but videos and music not working very well after latest update 3.1.3.3... pictures streaming is OK...
