Nokia Recovery Tool

I installed the Nokia Recovery Tool and connected my phone but i get the this error (in the screen-shot)
did anyone else try it, or get same error?
please help if you would

Do you have Nokia Software Updater? It normally stores a package on your PC. Have you previously installed any software packages?

Nokia Software Update is installed in my PC.
should I un-install it and delete any packages?

Just to take a step back, what is it you are trying to do with your phone? A straight forward reflash can be done with NSU. The Recovery Tool is for when your phone is endlessly stuck at the spinning gears stage etc. Which problem do you have?
