Hi

I have PFD.

Cyan update is available for my 820.
it is not coming through normally on the phone.
I am trying to use the recovery tool, on the download stage i get an error
"A network problem has occurred"
sometimes only after a short bit of the download or sometimes after 90% is done

What is going wrong?

Well no one can tell for sure and don't try various odd solutions,,Just reinstall the NSRT>Backup your phone>Hard-Reset your phone>Exit the PFD by opening the app and unchecking the only box>Make sure there is enough storage and then try again!! Hope this helps!!

still no luck
could it be demand on the servers?

Well yes it can be but try doing it on a different desktop and see if it helps and if it's in PFD then ye won't receive any type of OTA other than the PFD ones!! Check for atleast 2-3 GB of free RAM in the phone storage before installing any sort of update!!

hi

i have tried it on different pc's, on different networks, with different cables and different ports

when it completes the download it just starts again!
i have done a factory reset and everything it just does not work.

What else can i try?
