Nokia Treasure Tag WS-2 unable to use on Nokia Icon with 8.1 Developer Preview

Since there is no compatible application for Nokia Icon running 8.1 Developer Preview, I can't use the WS-2 that arrived today from Verizon store.

I was able to confirm that it works on a WP8 Nokia 928. So, it is not an exclusive to Nokia Icon.

I just tried. Yep. It crashes as soon as you run it. Hopefully, Nokia will fix that soon.

They fixed the app, but I cannot get it to pair

I have the same problem with my lumia 1520. I cannot get it to pair after downloading the latest treasure tag app.

I finally got it to pair via NFC, and not BT. Doesn't show up as a BT device. The accessories window comes up and asks to install the app. Even though it is already installed. Tried uninstalling the app, and having it install. Doesn't see that it actually installed. Frustrating.
