Nokia Treasure Tag WS-2 works on 928 (WP 8)

I can confirm that the Nokia Treasure Tag application installed and connected to the WS-2 without any problem. This is a standard Verizon Wireless phone with the latest firmware. 8.1 Developer Preview was NOT installed.

I don't think the Nokia Treasure Tag application is available if you upgrade to 8.1 Developer Preview.
