Not able to upgrade app nor uninstall on windows 10 mobile

I get error 0x80070015 windows 10 mobile app store please let me know how to overcome this issue.

Same issue here. For me the app is 9gag. Tried like a million times update stops downloading in the middle, shows me an error. I couldnt delete the app either
