Not getting cyan update

Hello friends!
So, I am using a L720 in India. Cyan update is already out for L720 in India but I am not getting the update notification. I checked for updates but it says - phone is up to date. Help please!

You are having any Developer Preview? If so Cyan is not available right now.
Otherwise keep trying.

I dont really know the solution. But try restarting the phone, connecting to a different WiFi or Checking for updates for apps [Extras+Info]
