Not getting new Insider builds?

I have two systems running on the Insider Preview here, but one of them is behaving oddly. Simply put, it hasn't received a new Fast ring update since Build 14383. Windows Update itself is working - I just received updates for Office via Windows Update. It's been on the Fast ring since the start, and I'm still getting app updates (i.e., the Store itself updated to the same version in 14388). What's going on here? Any suggestions?

I wish I knew why it happens! It happened to me a few builds in to the Fast Ring. The only solution I found was to use the Windows Device Recovery tool to roll back to the "official" update (10586). From there, I set all my stuff up from scratch-NO restore-and left it. A few days later, I re-enrolled (from my PC, signing up again) my phone in the Fast program. Once a build was released, I received it, and haven't had any problems ever since.

Likewise, I'm on the fast ring with a Dell Venue Pro 8, and my SP3. The Dell has been on Insider fast all along, while the SP3 I just put on insider a few builds back. I think it has received 3 builds, and is now stuck on 14379. I haven't gotten 14383, 85, or now 88. The Dell was unplugged for a few days while I was out of town, but right now it is installing 14388. Why does my SP3 tell me it is up to date???

An update - switching from Fast to Slow has at least gotten me 14388.

Maybe I'll switch back to Fast later to get the new builds again.

I haven't done that. But I did just find info that there was an update troubleshooter. Did a search and found it, and just ran it. It found and fixed problems, so hopefully within a day or so I'll see an update.

Still nothing. :(

Already did.

As for unenrolling from insider, only option it gives is to put off updates (which I'm not getting anyway) for x number of days.
