Not getting notified about anything

I'm not getting notification from many of my apps, such as twitter, viber, skype it goes on. They are not sending toasts or even showing notifications on their tiles. I have my every notification setting turned on and every one of them has permission to work at back ground. Am I the only one who's having this issue or is this a common WP8 problem?

Okay, first, reboot. Second, reinstall. Third, soft reset. Three steps to catch them all. Of course, it might not work, so it might just be a bug, anyway.

Tried all of them. Notifications are still not working

Lot of people r having same issue...I had it for few days then it became ok own its own. I think windows issue or server or something.

Sync Settings

Go to Settings > email+accounts > Microsoft account.
Under Download new content, set it to as item arrive.
Save settings.

If you're using Data Sense, check if Restrict background data is either on or off.
If this option is on, check what kind of restriction it is set to.
When I'm near my limit means it will halt any background activity if you're data is almost up (this is usually represented by a heart).
Always will obviously halt any background activity regardless whether you have data or not.

If you're on roaming, turn off Restrict background data when roaming.

Have noticed my Viber notifications stopped about a week ago, so you're not alone there.
