Not liking the raised screen.

Does anybody else dislike the raised screen? I noticed the perimeter always gets filled with dust and it worries me because if I were to drop the phone, the screen could break much easier.

To be honest, I never noticed it.

I actually dropped it last night and it fell face first. I was reluctant to pick it up but thankfully the screen didn't break. The black trim around it did chip a bit though. Something tells me if that trim gets dinged up enough, it could potentially crack the screen.
