not notifying the new 8.1 download

I have sign up and downloaded the windows phone 8.1 preview but it just says my phone is up to date. I have an at&t Lumia 920 here in India.

Did you set your phone language and region to US??

Do you have US english as first option? also delete the other languages for now... and check the time and date format? after that soft reset and you should be fine

I've no option for deleting the other languages but I did the rest as you've told. But still no update.

I've turned all possible options to US. and the time format to central America. And then switched it off and on. But still not working.

The option for deleting other languages is hidden.. so u have to tap and hold
