Not receiving SMS from businesses-How to fix?

I am not able to receive SMS from Websites such as Banks, Credit Card Companies, Amazon etc. How should I solve the problem?

What carrier do you have? Some carriers restrict those types of commercial SMS. I'd suggest contacting your carrier.
