Not receiving text notifications since the latest build

Is anyone else having this problem. Since I updated just a couple of days ago, I am no longer receiving notifications of a new text message. The live tile for the message app is also not providing any information. I have checked my settings to be sure they are proper in regards to notification and to be sure something didn't get messed up during the install, and also have done a soft reset.

Any thoughts?
