Not updating to latest build by MS

Hi guyzz, I have Lumia 625 with DP enabled....yesterday MS released 12400 build...then i downloaded that update...but it gives me error that it is not able to install it...i tried it about 3 times..but same error...then I again downloaded it but now it is showing that your phone is up to date...& I updated my phone to cyan yesterday morning...
plz help....

I dont have Cyan but was able to download new build few minutes back(almost 45 mins)...

They hav removed d update from d servers :-(

Yaa I think it was removed...by MS
