Not updating

My Lumia 520 not downloading 10166 build update, it is showing downloading 0% from last three hours.

Are you on WiFi? Mine usually does the same thing for like 15 minutes then it downloads it quickly.

I don't know if there's a way to force it, but my phone also only updates over WiFi.

Is it a good wifi signal?

If yes, then try rebooting the phone.
